We can go on, but let's talk about you. Here's a list of required skills in order to do the job well:

Requirements
• a working knowledge of the languages and technologies used in web production. (You don't have to be a developer, but you need to "speak geek"
• 2+ years experience in producing interactive experiences Project definition experience and capabilities in crafting supporting documentation, (e.g. Functional Specification & Product Requirement Documentation, Scope of Work, Agency Time & Hard Cost Estimates, Vendor Agreements, Production Schedules, Proposals, Service Agreements, Change Orders, etc.)
• Experience in project ownership and managing risk via budget & schedule control, scope compliance, quality control measures, accountability, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively with agency execution & administrative teams, (e.g. Creative, Interactive Design & Development, Production, Account Mgt., Finance, and Executive Mgt., etc.)—this means no egos!
• Ability to leverage efforts, multi-task, and apply efficiency techniques to multiple projects at the same time
• Heightened people skills, ability to not just listen but to understand
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
