Struck Enlists Jeremy Chase to Pilot the Utah Office of Tourism

Salt Lake City, UT - July, 23 2008 - Struck continues to hone advertising expertise with the addition of Jeremy Chase, new Account Supervisor for the Utah Office of Tourism . Jeremy brings 12 years of agency experience at Drake Cooper in Boise - Idaho’s largest full-service ad agency.

Jeremy attended the University of Idaho where he studied Communication, and graduated with honors. For the past 6 years, he has led agency tourism and recreation accounts like the Idaho Travel Council, Sun Valley Company, Idaho Dept. of Parks and Recreation, Bogus Basin, and the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association.

While at Drake Cooper, he was part of an agency team that helped grow Idaho lodging tax collections to over $7 million annually. He also developed Idaho Tourism's online marketing strategy, successful cooperative advertising programs, and has served multiple venues as a conference speaker about the fusion of travel advertising and the online marketing medium.

Struck and the Utah Office of Tourism partner to create strategic marketing initiatives which include permeating print, broadcast, and online mediums with the “Life Elevated” brand. The 2007 integrated summer campaign generated over $851 million in additional direct visitor spending. For each $1 invested in media, Utah received a return of $216 in visitor spending. Similar success in the 2007-2008 winter campaign saw over $391.1 million in additional direct visitor spending, and every $1 spent on media grossed $180 in visitor disbursements.
