When Toy in NYC was asked by Office Max to develop a creative holiday campaign, they had the ambitious idea to launch 20 holiday microsites by the best interactive shops around. We were honored to be chosen for one of those sites. After breathing heavily into a small brown paper bag, we went to work. We were chosen to design and delvelop a site around the concept of a fragile little boy with his tongue stuck to a cold, steel pole on a wintery afternoon (ala The Christmas Story). Viewers were able to visit the site and command the helpless minor to do a variety of different things such as sing songs, break dance, and even rap. Did it help spread holiday cheer? Ywou bwet it dwid.
